• Complete Address

Legal Basis for Processing: While your consent may be solicited to process your personal data, we may also process personal data without your consent, such as
when processing is according to our mandate or when processing is allowed under Section 12 or Section 13 of the DPA.

How We Use Your Information: We use your personal information the Promo including but not limited to:

1. For the announcement of winners and related promotional updates on official Yamaha Philippines communication channels such as the Yamaha Philippines website, My Yamaha App, and other authorized platforms.
2. For the processing of motorcycle registration documents and other necessary official transactions related to the promotion.
3. For verification, documentation, and communication purposes, including contacting participants regarding promo updates, requirements, and fulfillment of prizes or benefits.

Protection of Your Information:

• We implement stringent security measures, including physical, administrative, and technical safeguards, to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Access to your information is restricted to authorized personnel who have a legitimate need to know based on their job responsibilities.
